Family Therapy

Group Therapy

Sessions focus on building self-awareness, communication, and coping skills through structured reflection and open discussion. Guided by a registered psychotherapist, each group session fosters respect, confidentiality, and mutual encouragement—allowing participants to realize they’re not alone in their struggles.

Clinical Supervision
A reflective, growth-focused space for psychotherapists and mental-health clinicians to deepen clinical skill, ethical practice, and professional confidence. Sessions emphasize case conceptualization, therapeutic presence, and self-of-the-therapist awareness. Together, we review client work, refine interventions, and strengthen assessment and treatment planning—all while supporting CRPO/CCPA requirements and your ongoing well-being. Individual and group options available (HST applies).
